    Are you a an enthusiastic and driven marketing professional with experience developing and executing campaigns? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in a leading and recognized organization? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst to support our client, a leading Oil and Gas firm. In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, working in support of their North York, ON office (hybrid position).

    • North York, ON location (Hybrid Model: In-office: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday / Remote: Wednesday & Friday)


    Responsibilities
    • Support the marketing team in developing and executing on campaigns across offline and online tactics and across both B2C and B2B markets.
    • Develop and execute Marketing bulletins that support and communicate campaign launches to the organization.
    • Support the tradeshow and events annual plan based on business needs through working with internal teams and external business partners to drive efficiencies and ensure successful event coordination and implementation
    • Manage the relationship and process with key print vendors to support the team as required.
    • Manage and maintain our dedicated SharePoint site to ensure all creative files are gathered, filed and stored for future use and reference.
    • Update, monitor and present Marketing budgets.
    • Work with internal team members, accounts payable and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate management and processing of invoices for the Marketing team.
    • Support in meetings to document critical information, action points and take aways.
    • Assist in general administrative marketing requests and additional support to Business Intelligence and Market Research teams as required.


    Qualifications
    MUST HAVES:
    • Minimum college level education in Communications, Marketing or related program. University education is preferred.
    • A minimum of two years of experience in a marketing, agency or communication capacity.
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Strong collaborative/team skills.
    • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

    NICE TO HAVE:
    • Additional business/marketing education and experience preferred.
    • Experience in supporting campaign development and execution.
    • Budget management experience using Excel
    • Agency management experience

    WORKING CONDITION:
    5% Travel as required
