    Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager for a 10 months contract in Toronto. This position is working a hybrid remote mode 1-2 days in the office and the rest of days remote.
    Pay rate: $41.50/hour
    Hours: Standard Hours (Flexibility to work long hours occasionally)

    Responsibilities
    As a Marketing Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

    ●Executing effective marketing initiatives
    ●Implementing marketing strategies and activities in line with the agreed Marketing plan, strategy, budget and activity schedule
    ●Working with agencies and third parties to deliver campaigns and assets to time and in budget
    ●Working with a range of key stakeholders within client business teams to share outputs and best practice, securing alignment and buy-in of marketing objectives
    ●Working directly with a broad range of agencies (e.g. creative, media) to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials
    ●Assuming day-to-day management of agencies and other third party suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
    ●Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
    ●Supporting achievement of the client vision, Values, goals and culture in personal behaviour, actions and decision making
    ●Communicating and adhering to client policy and procedures in order to ensure good operational, financial and project management, policy and procedural compliance and early identification and effective resolution or escalation of issues that arise
    ●Evaluating and monitoring campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics, making optimization recommendations and creating comprehensive reports
    ●Leveraging and implementing best practices, customer insights and data to execute marketing plans across different lines of business


    Qualifications
    ●Minimum of 5 to 7 years proven and progressive financial services marketing experience or equivalent in a fast-paced, complex environment
    ●Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
    ●Strong organizational, project management, statistical, analytical, communications, presentation and lateral thinking skills
    ●Excellent creative writing and oral communication skills
    ●Positive, nothing is impossible attitude and ability to find creative solutions to problems
    ●Advanced understanding of digital marketing
    ●Self-starter with excellent communication skills who is committed to producing high-quality results efficiently and effectively
    ●Ability to multi-task in a high-speed and agile environment
    ●Proven ability to manage relationships across an organization
    ●Strong passion for serving and understanding customers

    Nice to Haves:
    ●Copywriting would be an asset
