Responsibilities
• Work in a DevOps model to maintain the operational efficiency of the network fault management systems.
• Document deployed solution and share knowledge with the remaining of the team.
• Apply methodologies specific to the software development cycle to develop and implement fault management solutions aligned with business needs and the strategic plan.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to determine and improve process efficiency.
• Gather requirements from internal clients in order to define, understand and document the needs that must align with the long-term vision.
Qualifications
•Computer science degree recognized by the industry.
• As your core competencies you have Netcool expertise (probes, messagebus, Impact, ObjectServers, NOI analytics)
• More than 5 years in Fault Management and IBM Netcool suite of products.
•Technological knowledge including Java, Linux (RedHat), SQL.
•Demonstrated skills in simplifying and clearly communicating complex situations.
• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (English and French).
• Have a spirit of creativity, innovation and have an energetic will to succeed
