Responsibilities
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
· Reconciliation of premium payments
· Completion of carrier and claims on a monthly basis
· Sorting and forwarding the mail
· Paying expenses through our internal payment management system
· Invoicing brokers & electronic filing of documents
· Assisting with other similar administrative duties and reporting as required by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of office/administration experience
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Ability to navigate between multiple computer applications at the same time.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements
Nice to Have:
· Post-Secondary degree/diploma is an asset
· Insurance background is an asset
· Accounting background an asset
