Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Office Filing Clerk for a 2 month contract in Vancouver. This is 100% onsite role. There is possibility of contract extension and conversion.

Responsibilities
As an Office Filing Clerk, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Assisting the Manager of Operations and Tax Administrator, with day-to-day tasks, as required.
•supporting the Tax Services administrative support team throughout the year
•Retrieving mail from the Post Office, including scanning, logging, and filing of tax correspondence in the client folder.
•Logging tax notices issued date on tax control lists for personal, trust, estate, and corporate tax clients.
•Maintaining organization of the office, including mail and file rooms.
•Performing other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
•1 year of previous administration experience
•Experience in a professional tax services environment, preferred.
•Strong computer skills, experience with MS Office and Adobe Professional.
•Effective time management, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written).
•Adobe experience
