    We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as an Operations Administrator.
    This role is open to candidates in Toronto.

    Responsibilities
    As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will be:
    •Supporting high net worth account administration and portfolio set up
    •Reconciling cash and securities
    •Maintaining security models
    •Entering trade orders
    •Assisting with client performance and tax reporting
    •Assisting with creating client onboarding packages
    •Performing other tasks as assigned by team members


    Qualifications
    •2 to 3 years of previous work experience with admin and data entry skills.
    •Client focused with the ability to understand the clients’ requirements
    •High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    •Excellent problem solving skills
    •Good communication and interpersonal skills
    •Ability to adapt to changes and set priorities
    •Ability to reach quickly and meet tight deadlines maintaining accuracy and thoroughness
    •Demonstrate initiative and a strong team player
    •A good understanding of the investment management process
    •PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
