    this is a great opportunity for you!

    Our client is looking for an Operations Officer for a 3 months contract in Dieppe. This position is working
    remotely for now and can go back onsite in future. There is a high possibility for contract extension as
    well.

    Pay rate: $22/hour
    Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/week
    Shift timings: 8:00am-5:00pm

    Responsibilities
    As a Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    ● • Executing daily, weekly and monthly activities required of Operations, including tasks related
    to Access, Equipment, Onboarding and Exiting colleagues.
    ● • Participating in multiple projects, collaborate with partners, develop & document changes to
    processes in order to keep them current
    ● • Supporting the manager by actioning ad-hoc priorities, following escalation paths and
    articulating well-reasoned recommendations for alternatives where appropriate
    ● Gathering and analyzing data for the FinOps Scorecard; ensure data accuracy, manage
    exceptions and work with partners to resolve issues
    ● Suggesting future improvements which will reduce risk and/or create efficiencies,
    ● Leading small-scale improvements to resolution while observing Finance's internal and
    external controls
    ● Fostering effective relationships with peers, technology partners and subject matter experts
    ● Performing limited accounting activities such as posting of journal entries for FinOps
    operational related activities

    Qualifications
    • +3 years of experience with people, operations, data or financial management
    • Demonstrated history of personal accountability to investigate and resolve issues
    • Developed analytical skills; assess risk &; waste, challenge the status quo
    • Sound judgment &; decision-making abilities
    • Strong skills with MS Office applications, especially Excel
    • A communicator who engages colleagues, partners and stakeholders
    • The constitution to operate calmly under pressure and through significant change
    • The empathy to work effectively with teams &; partners with varied priorities

    Nice to Haves:
    ● SharePoint is a plus
    ● Visualization Tools - Power BI is an added advantage
