Pay rate: $21.93/ Hour
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-4pm/ 9am-5pm (7.5 hour shifts and 30 minute lunch)

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Providing a broad range of operational support
•Performing general to specialized transactions or other processing activities.
•Works in an administrative capacity completing a combination of RightFax processing, data entry including inputting documentation, investigations, loan maintenance including system programming, and balancing functions.
•Participating actively in any cross-skilling/training opportunities within the business unit.
•Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications
•High School (Preferred Post-Secondary); 5-7 years of experience
•Administration work and some customer service experience - 5 +years
•Attention to Detail
•Excellent English Communications skills both Verbally and Written
•Strong User Computer Skills – pick up on company internal systems. Use word and outlook
•Quick leaner - need memory to do processes
•Telephone contact may be required.
•Advanced understanding of MS Office Applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint would be an asset.
•Able to demonstrate flexibility by adapting to change within business area and unit.
Nice to have:
•Typing 50 WPM
