Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Onboarding/offboarding, calendaring, helping manage calendars, working with execs (marketing, credit card space to scheduling meetings
●Providing dedicated administrative support to executives at the client Vice President (VP) level and may also provide a broad range of administrative or general office support for the broader team as assigned
●Managing efficiently in a multi-tasked environment and ensure deadlines are met
●Applying appropriate due diligence ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation
●Scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparation and coordination
●Managing and promptly responding to all incoming enquiries/requests
●Maintaining proficiency with software applications/programs and/or department specific systems as required
●Escalating issues where appropriate
●Prioritizing and managing own workflow to ensure quality and efficiency
●Using software programs and other tools or equipment with ease and efficiency
●Taking initiative to identify and recommend improvements in own job function, research and/or investigate issues requiring resolution
Qualifications
●Time management – prioritize their day and take care of tasks efficient and effectively
●High school required.
●Post-secondary preferred and 2+ years of experience in similar field
●Team player; working well with others
●Executive Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
●Adaptability to change – department has process and protocol changes – comfortable changing a process
●Good communication (verbal and written)
●Strong admin role 2+years experience is required
●Previous experience with SLAs
●Quick learner, able to pick up on new processes, adapts and adjusts
Nice to Haves:
●Banking experience is a plus
●Data entry experience is an added advantage
