    Our client is looking for an Operations Officer for a 12 months contract in Toronto. This position is working hybrid remote, 2 days in the office (Monday, Tuesday) and 3 days remote. There is a high possibility for contract extension as well based on the availability.
    Pay rate: $21.93/hour
    Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/week
    Shift timings: 8:00am-4:00pm

    Responsibilities
    As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    ●Helping in support of an initiative for a special role out of new devices, set up terminals and set up work orders (technology/ devices related)
    ●Helping in supporting the completion of other request received by the team


    Qualifications
    ●Data Entry experience 5+ years
    ●Attention to detail
    ●Relevant experience in financial industry – working on payments side - 5+
    ●Organized and set priorities and manage one’s time
    ●Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. 5+ years
    ●Working knowledge of word and excel – basic excel (for organizational purposes)
    ●Previous triage experience with requests (this is the main part of this role)

    Nice to Haves:

    ●Previous work with SLAs is a plus
