    Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role. There is a high possibility of contract extension and convert to permanent opportunity.
    Pay rate: $ 22.41/hr
    Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10-6:30PM, Hybrid 2x a month: 9am - 5:30pm
    Overtime is required

    Responsibilities
    As an Operations Officer your duties will include but not limited to:
    •Processing transactions on mutual fund accounts, different types of accounts (TSFA/RSP, RESP)
    •Maintaining work off application and giving assignments for the day and work off that cue


    Qualifications
    •Soft Skills: Ability to take feedback, confidence to provide recommendations
    •Knowledgeable on MS Suite – great understanding of Excel/Word/Outlook
    •Great Communication
    •Able to accommodate Hybrid Schedule
    •Preferred post-secondary education
    Nice to have:
    •Business Knowledge – previous transaction knowledge
