    Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 4 month contract in Toronto. This position is working remote for now, can go back to onsite in future. There is a possibility of contract extension and convert to permanent opportunity.
    Pay rate: $21.93/hr
    Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00 pm
    Overtime maybe required

    Responsibilities
    As an Operations Officer your duties will be:
    •Collaborating with Financial Planners to establish client and be ready to make calls
    •Out bounding call to clients to invite clients to meet with their financial planner to discuss annual progress review
    •Updating client lists tracker with all attempts and outcome
    •Establishing new client lists and tactics and weekly touch point with Financial Planner to discuss outcome


    Qualifications
    •Administrative experience, managing email inbox, organized
    •MS office Suite, Outlook, Basic Excel
    •Communication
    •Client Services or Customer Service experience

    Nice to have:
    •Call center experience
