    Our client is looking for an Operations Officer for an 18 months contract in Toronto. This position is
    working in a hybrid model. There is a high possibility for contract extension as well.

    Pay rate: $26.00/hour
    Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/week
    Shift timings: 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm

    Responsibilities
    As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    ● Completing your work in an accurate, timely and efficient manner at all times. Ensure your daily
    work kept for audit purposes is accessible, organized and filed according to client Wealth record
    retention policy.
    ● Ensuring necessary procedures, due diligence, quality controls and quality verifications are
    followed to support the accuracy of all transactions at all times.
    ● Ensuring issues are handled appropriately by performing quality investigations, escalating issues
    timely when necessary.
    ● Sharing in the responsibility for delivering a consistent Operational Excellence by following client
    Framework and through your own accountabilities & objectives.
    ● Demonstrating flexibility with working environment changes and requirements. Availability to
    work shifting schedule to ensure coverage is fundamental to your position

    Qualifications
    ● College and University preferred
    ● Excel and macros, VBA Coding
    ● 1-2 years experience in reconciliation of trade transaction including continuous net settlement
    experience within CDS/DTC
    ● Strong communication
    ● Time management

    Nice to Haves:
    ● CSC certification
