Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will be:
•Reviewing transfer request for client transferring from other financial institutions to company
•Conducting due diligence on client information, account types, transaction type and details, and mitigate risk to the bank.
•Performing other functions including data entry on several in-house systems.
Qualifications
•University degree required.
•2-4 years of admin/analytical experience (operations back office experience preferred)
•1+ year’s previous experience with back office applications in Canadian Banks
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Attention to detail (verifying client and financial data)
•Strong analytical skills
•MS Excel - intermediate level required
Nice to have:
•Programming experience (VBA) an asset
