Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 12 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role - Monday and Tuesday onsite. There is a high possibility of contract extension.
Pay rate: $22.41/hr
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9 to 5

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Receiving applications from the sales team and transfer the sale to internal systems
•Being responsible for validating the information provided – matches the business documents provided and internal systems
•Communicating and providing status updates to the partners
•Keeping track of files – pending files / service their pending files
•Driving to learn additional queues other than triage
Qualifications
•Data entry - Application transferring to internal system – 2years
•Banking experience in similar roles – 2years
•Basic excel skills – 2years
•Communication skills – writing
•Team player and work independently
•Attention to detail!!
•Ability to navigate application uses short keys (eg. Ctrl C, Ctrl P, etc.)
•Undergrad / college
Nice to have:
•Business document knowledge
•AML knowledge
•Credit card payments knowledge in point of sales
•Previous company experience in similar role
