Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role - 2 x a week on site. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to permanent role.

Rotating Schedule: Mon – Fri, 10-6:30pm
Overtime may be required, no weekends

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
•Processing transactions on mutual fund accounts, different types of accounts (TSFA/RSP,RESP), work off application and given assignments for the day and work off that cue
Qualifications
•Soft Skills: Ability to take feedback, confidence to provide recommendations
•Knowledgeable on MS Suite – great understanding of Excel/Word/Outlook
•Great Communication
•Able to accommodate Hybrid Schedule
•Attention to Detail, Understanding Business Risks
•Able to multitask applications at the same time
•Organize a high volume of work
Nice to have:
•Business Knowledge – previous transaction knowledge
•Banking Experience
