P2 - Part Time Finishing and Print Operator

This is a part time position (15-20 hours per week). Great for anyone who has flexible schedules.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
• Satisfying customer requirements for colour, black & white reprographics, and mainframe printing services
• Production of requested jobs on colour, black and white, large format & assorted finishing equipment
• Performing printing and finishing operations
• Determining output requirements, machine set-up, print and check proofs
• Cleaning reprographic, colour, hi-lite colour, wide format equipment and change supplies
• Monitoring and managing supplies
• Recording meter reads, processing production forms, and maintaining records
• Finishing Responsibilities
• Setting up and operating various specialized finishing equipment and machines that cut, fold, gather and finish brochures, magazines, books, business forms and other printed material
• Operate binding equipment
• Maintain inventory


Qualifications
* 1+ years of previous print shop or similar print/finishing experience
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Strong customer satisfaction skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Experience with the following equipment & software would be an asset:
• B&W and colour printer
• Freeflow
• Paper cutter
• Paper drill
• Autopunch
• Autocoiler
• Large format print & finishing equipment
