    We're currently looking for a Policy Document Intake Administrator for our client in downtown Toronto. As a Policy Document Intake Administrator, you will be responsible for providing transactional support to the clients teams, brokerage services, and client support services in a variety of clerical functions.

    Advantages

    - $20.15/hour

    - Monday to Friday
    - Hours of operation: 8:00am to 5pm
    - No weekends
    - Start date: ASAP

    Responsibilities
    As a Policy Document Intake Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of clerical support:

    Administration and Documentation. Assist in ensuring timely and accurate processing of:
    • Policy intake documentation
    • Incoming and outgoing mail
    • incoming faxes
    • Outgoing courier preparation
    • File folder creation and miscellaneous requests

    Report Preparation
    • Maintaining up to date computer system records and logs

    Workflow Administration
    • Current and outstanding documentation follow ups with client teams and third parties on a timely basis
    • Policy file tracing

    Customer Service
    • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    Qualifications
    * Minimum 1 year of administrative support experience
    * Presentable and Professional
    * Tech savvy (computer literate)
    * Strong customer satisfaction skills
    * Excellent attention to detail
    * Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
    * Must be able to work until 6pm on alternate weeks
