We're currently looking for a Print and Mail Clerk for our client in Toronto. This role will require some travel within Toronto as there will be multiple work sites.

Responsibilities
As a Print and Mail Clerk , you will be responsible for:
• Opening, sorting, scanning incoming hard copy mail
• Preparing mail and packages for external shipment
• Reviewing scans for quality issues
• Performing mail labeling/mail merge.
• Operating mail equipment including mail inserters, sorters and finishing equipment.
• Performing electronic mail distribution (open, mail prep, scan and distribute)
• Basic Printing utilizing colour production printers
• Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of Mail/Courier Experience in an office environment
* Minimum 1 year experience in Digital Print Production
* Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Strong customer satisfaction skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Experience with FEDEX/Purolator/UPS outgoing Courier web applications
* Experience with Canada Post Pitney Bowes machine
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet 80% of the day
