We're currently looking for a Site Operations Manager for our client in Vancouver.

Responsibilities
As a Site Operations Manager, your duties will include:
•Building and maintaining client relationships across all stakeholders in the account.
•Acting as main customer contact demonstrating ability to use customer satisfaction strategies and processes.
•Articulating company offerings to customer describing benefit and value.
•Managing various internal processes
•Adhering to SLA requirements within the site.
•Developing strong knowledge of the clients business needs.
•Carrying out day-to-day operations of account with limited supervision.
•Conducting on-the-job training for new Account Associates.
•Assisting Operations Manager and/or Business Manager in providing feedback regarding workgroup performance, issues and concerns.
•Resolving escalated customer concerns regarding any production or site issues.
•Prioritizing and scheduling requests from multiple customers
•Implementing account based actions and recommendations as prescribed by Business Operations and Delivery departments.
•Acting as a back-up for functions in print, mail, records, reception as required.
•Supporting internal control processes to meet audit requirements.
•Developing knowledge of people management skills
•Mentoring people
Qualifications
•Minimum Associate Degree / College Diploma /Cegep / A Levels or business equivalent
•Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve excellent customer and employee satisfaction
•Formal or informal team leadership experience
•Must have sound people skills, dealing with employees and clients face-to-face, by phone and by email communications.
•Client relationship development experience to build and maintain effective relationships and resolve concerns or problems at the site level
•Experience in a print production environment an asset
•Project Management skills
•Negotiation skills
•Leadership skills to coach, train and mentor workgroup employees
•Basic Accounting knowledge
•Profit focused and accountable for results; business and financial acumen an asset.
•Developing familiarity in GDO offerings and business processes at both site and head office.
•Good planning and organizing skills
•Superior written and verbal skills
•Good problem solving and financial skills
•Self-initiative and results orientation
•Good systems understanding or networked document solutions (i.e. electronic print on demand, internet solutions)
