The ideal candidate will receive, open, sort, and deliver all incoming mail, output, and courier to the various business units within Canadian Division as well as prepare, sort and ship all outgoing mail and couriers.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of the company's print production offerings.

Responsibilities
• Operate digital print equipment
• Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, bindery, laminating, and drill)
• Point of contact to receive customer requests, provide estimates, schedule, and track production
• Perform basic quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run
• Track and store jobs as customer requires for reuse at a future date
• Maintain reporting logs and information for billing purposes
• Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished product
• Maintain appropriate supply inventory levels
• Prepare mail and packages for external shipment using common mail services including fax, air express, freight and postal services.
• Receive, sort and process mail documents, packages, and supplies.
• Arrange alternative courier or shipping services to meet customer requirements.
• Determine output packaging per packaging standards.
• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operate mail equipment including mail inserters, sorters and finishing equipment.
• Perform quality checks on outbound mail.
• Perform charge-back reporting for postage, air express, local delivery, and faxes.
• Perform mail labeling/mail merge.
• Perform electronic mail distribution (open, mail prep, scan and distribute).
• Perform fulfillment functions, such as assembly, packaging, and kitted materials.
• Follow mailroom security procedures.
Qualifications
• Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
• Able to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to read, write and follow basic English instructions
• Basic math skills (add, multiply, divide)
• Basic computer skills (keyboard, mouse functions)
• Excellent communication and Customer service skills
• Effective organizational skills
• Read and comprehend technical troubleshooting (fault codes, image quality) procedures
• Service or Document management industry work experience operating high volume, networked systems
