The ideal candidate will receive, open, sort, and deliver all incoming mail, output, and courier to the various business units within Canadian Division as well as prepare, sort and ship all outgoing mail and couriers.

Responsibilities
• Handling insertion of multiple documents into various size envelopes
• Determining output requirements, machine set-up, checking proofs (may include scanning and minimal document manipulation), run job, remove output and deliver output
• Programming of jobs into the insertion equipment
• Recording job records, processing production forms, and maintaining records
• Performing maintenance and repair to maximize customer uptime
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• Maintaining inventory
Qualifications
• Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills (add, multiply, divide) and computer skills (keyboard, mouse functions)
• Effective organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Read and comprehend technical troubleshooting (fault codes, image quality) procedures
• Service or Document management industry work experience operating high volume, networked systems
• Able to stand for extended period of time
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with the following equipment & software would be an asset:
• W&D Insertion Equipment
• NeoPost/Quadient Mail Machine
• Pitney Bowes Mail Machine
