Responsibilities
 Business Excellence Lean Process Consulting is recruiting a Business Analyst who will
be joining a cross functional team who focus on designing process solutions to the
various business areas within Company.
 As a business analyst you will help bridge the gap between IT and the business using
your ability to assess processes and software systems, determine requirements and
deliver recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
 Work with Project Sponsor to establish project scope.
 Gathering and documenting process documentation, process flows and work instructions
with business partners.
 Facilitate workshops focused on the co-creation of future state process designs and
solutions that meet requirements, performance, and stability.
 Document future state process flows and system requirements.
 Make recommendations for process/system enhancements.

Qualifications
 Well versed in process improvement frameworks including Agile. Scrum, Lean Six
Sigma, Design Thinking
 Ability to facilitate workshops in a virtual environment.
 Builds context by pushing beyond "how things are done" to understand "why" and
uncover the underlying principles shaping the business.
 Operates with a strong understanding of the scope and desired outcomes linking inputs
to outputs and the value proposition of any work undertaken.
 Ability to communicate at different levels accounting for different technical and business
backgrounds.
 Innovative, lateral thinker with strong problem-solving skills
 Business analysis experience (processes & techniques)
 University degree or equivalent work experience
 Experience with technology

Nice to have:
 Knowledge of Robotic Automation, in particular Pega Robotics
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Visio
 Good knowledge of software development life cycle methodology
 Exposure to the Project Management cycle.
