Responsibilities
 Working with internal clients
 Reporting into the Director
 Interface with various partners and Lines of Business, focus on Project Delivery and
continuous improvement as they relate to identity and Access Management.
 Develop and maintain business policies, processes, procedures and/or documentation
related to different Identity and Access Authentication and Automation initiatives
 Facilitate Identity and Access Authentication and Automation Project workshops
 Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business initiatives
 Evaluate existing business initiatives and determining process improvements

Qualifications
 Minimum 10 years working experience
 3-5 years IAM experience (Identity Access Management)
 Must have at minimum knowledge of Privileged Lifecycle (Tools like Cyberark, Hashicorp
& Microsoft PIM. Ideally experience would be strong nice to have.
 Relationship Building skills
 Strong communication skills
 Able to work with large groups of people
 Initiative
 Strong problem solving skills
Nice to have:
 Lean six-sigma methodology experience *Strong nice to have
 CISSP
 Financial Industry
