Responsibilities
Working with internal clients
Reporting into the Director
Interface with various partners and Lines of Business, focus on Project Delivery and
continuous improvement as they relate to identity and Access Management.
Develop and maintain business policies, processes, procedures and/or documentation
related to different Identity and Access Authentication and Automation initiatives
Facilitate Identity and Access Authentication and Automation Project workshops
Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business initiatives
Evaluate existing business initiatives and determining process improvements
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years working experience
3-5 years IAM experience (Identity Access Management)
Must have at minimum knowledge of Privileged Lifecycle (Tools like Cyberark, Hashicorp
& Microsoft PIM. Ideally experience would be strong nice to have.
Relationship Building skills
Strong communication skills
Able to work with large groups of people
Initiative
Strong problem solving skills
Nice to have:
Lean six-sigma methodology experience *Strong nice to have
CISSP
Financial Industry
