    We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as a Processing Administrator.
    100% remote, open to all locations in Canada.
    Opportunity for Fulltime employment
    Overtime hours will be available as a potential option

    Responsibilities
    As a Processing Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    •Executing transactions with accuracy, completeness and adherence to company policies and procedures.
    •Being responsible for complex data processing tasks such as collecting, scrubbing, and uploading participant level account data
    •Trouble shooting discrepancies
    •Generating reports using a new recordkeeping system based on plan specific information.
    •Working with incoming files from client.
    •Analyzing and interpreting data according to predefined rules/methodology.


    Qualifications
    •Knowledge of Defined Contribution plans is preferred.
    •Prefer candidates with previous work experience with 401k plan
    •Knowledge of Parts+ recordkeeping system preferred but not required.
    •You excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner.
    •You have exceptional technical capabilities, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail is always a priority.
    •You have strong, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritizing skills for a high volume, deadline driven environment.
    •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, precise communication skills both verbal and written.
    •Strong Excel knowledge
    •Organization of files out to client. (Presenting data in more user-friendly manner).
    •Coverage on Canadian statutory holidays may be required
