Responsibilities
As a Procurement Clerk, you will be responsible for:
• Placing orders via an Oracle procurement system
• Provideing customers with quotes from approved vendors
• Quality check incoming orders
• Completing end to end buying process
• Monitoring orders placed, following up on approval process, and complete receipting
• Responding to vendors inquiries
Qualifications
• Previous administrative experience in a similar capacity
• Good customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
• Professional
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Resourceful and proactive
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Ability to learn and adjust to new procedures
• Strong finance and math ability
