Responsibilities
- Code, test and implement full stack solutions to meet business needs
- Create intuitive, robust and reusable test and automation interfaces using modern frameworks
- Maintain quality and best practices across the products
- Translate the project vision into program high level scope, design and executables and facilitate and/or manages the gathering of business requirements for solutions
- Partner with initiative leads to develop integrated baseline project plans adapting estimating models as required, documents estimating assumptions, refining plans and manages performance against them
- Builds end to end automated testing approach, conducts and coordinates end to end system QA
Qualifications
- 10+ years of testing experience with an expertise in test automation framework/tools
- 10+ years experience in test case design at different levels such as component/service, integration and end to end/user scenarios
- 10+ years experience in automation development using programming languages (JavaScript, Java, Swift, etc.)
- Experience in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in a variety of environments (distributed, cloud and mainframe, business workflows and services/APIs, databases)
- Strong understanding of native mobile design, web standards, UI/UX best practices, microservices
- Experience working with software delivery methodologies, frameworks and best practices (Agile and Iterative Waterfall) and DevOps operations and integration of testing into the DevOps pipeline
Nice to Haves:
- Experience using API/service testing tools (SoapUI, IBM Rational Integration Tester(GreenHat) etc.)
- Experience in performance testing and tooling such as (LoadUI, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with startup companies and working in an agile environment
Skills and Competencies:
- Capability to establish and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with global application development, T&O management, Ecosystems and others
|Responsible for designing and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems, integrating automate tests to CI/CD pipeline.|• Gather test requirements from stakeholders
• Write clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Design, develop test automation, integrate tests into CICD pipeline
• Work with the team to understand the overall technical architecture and how each feature is implemented
• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
• Stay up-to-date by learning new technologies and help shape newofferings to our business
• Share expertise with other team members|Requirements:
• Experienced in software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
e.g. selenium, readyapi/postman, robot, etc
• Experienced in requirement gathering from stakeholders
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience in running tests in container
• Solid knowledge of Python, SQL and scripting
• Knowledge of C#, Airflow, Docker, NodeJS is a plus
