We're currently looking for individuals with great customer service skills who are eager to learn to join our client in Calgary as a Receptionist/Print Operator.

Responsibilities
As a Receptionist/Print Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Receiving and directing multiple incoming telephone calls on a multi-line telephone system
• Document accurate and complete messages
• Setting-up, maintaining files/records
• Responsible for conference room scheduling and meeting set up
• Performing office and records management
• Providing support to all Client Associate positions to facilitate client deliverables
• Providing operational support for print, mail, courier and imaging equipment and operations
performing printing operations / services in the production process
• Providing backup and peak workload support
• Performing printing operations / services in the production process
• Providing outstanding customer communications and client service
• Other duties as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year experience delivering customer service
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Willingness and strong aptitude to learn
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs
