Rotational Shifts: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours/week

Responsibilities
As a Reconciliations Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Working on daily MTM Exposure reconciliation of OTC Uncleared derivatives in the morning
●Corresponding to client on open breaks/issues throughout the day
●Updating reports through the day to ensure regulatory compliance
●Escalating o/s items as required to internal key stakeholders
●Assisting team members on projects or cross-training on other reconciliations
Qualifications
●Strong Excel – macros, lookups
●Assist in creating or managing EUC used for day to day work
●Help transition reconciliations to iMatch/Xceptor
●Analytical Thinking – Outside the box, problem solving capability
●Experience with various types of product reconciliations
●Experian skill
●Analytical Thinking – Outside the box, problem solving capability
●Ability to prioritize across multiple completing tasks
●Attention to detail
●Strong organization skills – required to ensure recons, tracking spreadsheets are up to date
●Willingness to learn new concepts and regulations
●English – should be proficient in both written and verbal
Nice to Haves:
●TriResolve, AcadiaSoft, COLLINE, iMatch
●Experience with OTC Uncleared Derivative margining process
●Understanding of OTC uncleared Derivative trade types and underlying drivers of exposure
●Understanding of margin call concept and processing
