Responsibilities
As a Records Associate, you will be responsible for:
• File sorting and refilling in centralized filing areas
• File archiving and retrieval through Iron Mountain
• File folder creation and labelling
• Sharepoint file folder creation
• Semi-annual purging/archiving of files
• Assisting customers with file reporting/retrieval over multiple databases
• Data entry
• Mail inserting
• Document finishing/printing
• Office supply management
• Reception coverage when needed
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of mailroom or file clerk experience
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Strong customer satisfaction skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
