    Are you an HR professional with previous experience within campus recruitment? Have you been responsible for coordinating interviews and calendar management? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our client's Vancouver location (working remotely and in campus locations in Vancouver). In this role you will work full time hours on a 4 month assignment, and earn a competitive pay rate.

    Responsibilities
    ● Administrative support of our summer student enrichment program including learning, sporting
    and social events
    ● Coordinate Interviews with Recruiters and Candidates
    ● Coordination of office visits with both students and staff/University Recruitment Champion
    Partners
    ● Acting as main point of contact for career centres and faculty, prospective students, clubs and
    associations
    ● Supporting our university recruitment champion teams, securing reps and providing status
    updates to them
    ● Managing and tracking candidate applications via the campus recruitment applicant tracking
    system
    ● Providing accurate and timely management information and metrics on campus recruitment
    activities and hires against target


    Qualifications
    • Experience with Google Suite (email, shortcuts, sheets, features and enhancements)
    • Experience coordinating a high volume of interviews for recruiters and hiring
    managers or experience managing calendaring for multiple individuals
    • Experience of using Workday as an ATS would be a strong asset
    • Experience within a fast paced Campus Recruitment team preferred
    Additional Skills
    • Well established relationship management skills with clients and candidates
    • Strong organizational skills
    • You don’t shy away from changes in technology or process, you can adapt to new ways of working
    and help others do the same
    • Grace under pressure; you’re the one who always keeps your cool with a “Can-Do” attitude, even
    as the pace speeds up.
