    Our client is looking for a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a 6 months contract in Montreal. This position is working onsite.

    High potential for contract extension

    Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday

    Flexible schedules with alternating shifts to meet the needs of customers and the business

    Responsibilities
    As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    ●Responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner
    ●Developing and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality
    ●Working with both internal and external teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met
    ●Processing customer requests through utilization of the CRM tool
    ●Managing and updating the inventory system
    ●Completing service orders
    ●Processing invoices and complete billing


    Qualifications
    ●As required to meet customer’s needs, successful candidates must pass client OPP background checks as well as the one from the Sûreté du Québec.
    ●Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service
    ●Bilingualism in French/English is mandatory
    ●Must be detail oriented
    ●Able to prioritize and multitask at a high level
    ●Able to solve problems analytically
    ●Ability to adapt to change, in a competitive environment where priorities change frequently
    ●Self-motivated, self-governing, and accountable
    ●Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    ●Basic accounting knowledge is an asset

    Nice to Haves:
    ●Demonstrated experience with Program Management and Software Development Lifecycle methodologies
    ●Communicates effectively with meaningful and articulate verbal discussions
    ●Synthesizes information into succinct, concise and logical summaries and reports
    ●Draws conclusions from information
    ●Undergraduate degree
    ●Telecom experience is a nice to have
