    We are currently looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst to support our client In this role you will work full time hours on a 12 month assignment, working remotely in support of their Richmond Hill Office.

    Reporting to the Manager, HR Reporting & Data Governance, the Senior Reporting Analyst, HR Reporting & Data Governance will be responsible for report creation, automation, and consolidation of reports to optimize time to deliver on operational and compliance report inquiries. Plan and recommend the most effective way to produce, deliver, and provide insights to our business stakeholders - who are globally distributed within and outside of the HR function.

    Responsibilities
    Responsibilities include:
    •Providing accurate and timely business reporting including but not limited to payroll and benefits audit reporting, payroll and benefits reconciliation, time & attendance, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), headcount, general data inquires and other reports as required.
    •Delivering monthly and quarterly business reporting for career development programs, performance management cycle, compensation, and payroll reporting.
    •Building, and delivering reporting for various stakeholders in the business as requested.
    •Participating in work teams with other business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs.
    •Ensuring compliance with people data governance policies and guidelines.
    •Troubleshooting and fixing reporting issues as they arise.
    •Building and maintaining all documentation relating to reporting, including a report catalog, data dictionaries, metric definitions, and reporting access control policy to strengthen governance and provide a knowledge base for People Analytics.
    •Partnering closely with internal stakeholders in HR Information Management and HR IT to identify and resolve data related issues within the system of record and to ensure highest standards of data quality are maintained.
    •Focusing on continuous innovation; utilizing analytical tools to provide data-driven insights and providing recommendations to management team regarding reporting procedural enhancements.
    •Supporting and empowering end users to access and use ‘People data’ to empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and increase self-service reporting opportunities while prioritizing data privacy and security. This includes training, support and change management in support of the transition to a self-service culture.


    Qualifications
    •Minimum 4 years of experience working in SAP HCM Reporting and Analytics, including SAP (S4/Hana) and the full suite of SuccessFactors (SF) reporting domains (EC, PMGM, TA, Comp.) and SF Workforce Analytics (WFA), SF People Stories/ People Analytics
    •Certified SAP Professional highly desirable
    •Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in using data management and business intelligence tools to design and create HR reports & dashboards with demonstrated knowledge applying analytical methodology
    •Advanced technical data management skills and proficiency in SQL coding and data visualization tools
    •SAP Analytics Cloud experience highly desirable
    •Advanced Excel, Power BI and/or Tableau skills
    •High attention to detail and analytical capabilities
    •Able to perform comfortably in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
