    Our client is looking for a Service Availability Representative Bilingual for a 12 months contract in London. This position is working onsite.
    Pay rate: $23.50/hour
    Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs/week
    High potential for contract extension, conversion to full time opportunity as well.

    Responsibilities
    As a Service Availability Representative Bilingual, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    ●Partnering with key stakeholders to schedule packaging and release new applications in a timely manner
    ●Striving to improve the stability of production environment by partnering closely with key stakeholders on setting up things
    ●Providing effective day-to-day support for applications/systems through accurate problem identification and timely resolution of production issues
    ●Ensuring timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution
    ●Delivering effective and defect-free support (application, hardware, software and/or operations), researching system issues / opportunities
    ●Interacting with clients to provide quality service/solutions consistent with objectives and client requirements
    ●Identify and address application and data issues and cross-capability and cross-release issues that affect application integrity
    ●Consulting with other functional areas to provide technical expertise on area of specialization by acting as a reference on technology, trends and processes related to own area
    ●Deploying base infrastructure components such as servers, operating systems and middleware for all environments
    ●Responding to requests for information and assist project teams in evaluating alternate approaches
    ●Providing Disaster Recovery support by assisting in defining / reviewing disaster recovery plans and by participating in testing
    ●Assessing and analyzing optimization opportunities to the operational environment to improve performance and/or resource utilization
    ●Ensuring effective change management discipline is used
    ●Identifying/implementing process improvements to enhance revenue, customer experience and/or reduce costs
    ●Making effective use of the cost management processes in place in own unit
    ●Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in client services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques
    ●Keeping current with industry and/or business trends


    Qualifications
    ●Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
    ●Ability to work independently and manage one's time
    ●Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
