    Our client, Telecommunications Company, is looking to hire a Service Desk Representative to join their team. This is remote role.
    High potential for contract extension
    Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday

    Responsibilities
    As a Service Desk Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    •Being responsible for responding to radio customer requests by phone or email in a prompt, accurate and professional manner
    •Handling any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up
    •Ensuring requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area
    •Developing and maintaining good client relationships while ensuring information confidentiality
    •Using call-tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes
    •Performing data cleanup
    •Executing outbound calling initiatives
    •Supporting customers in online billing account creation and sign up


    Qualifications
    •Previous customer service experience
    •Excellent communication skills
    •Self-governing and accountable, self-motivated
    •Detail oriented
    •Ability to adapt to change, in a competitive environment where priorities change frequently
    •Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    •Fluent in English, both in written and verbal
    •Analyze and review data
    •Excel
    •Pick-up things and learn quickly
    •Migration from inventory system to SAP (clean data) Will have to pass OPP backgrounds
