Responsibilities
The contractor will be working on various ongoing milestone deliverables. They analyze and
assess banking critical business services and present the findings with proposed
recommendations to Senior Management members
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a BA
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Good knowledge of MS Suite
• Previous banking experience (Capital Markets, Retail Market, Wealth & Investment)
• Operations Resiliency
• Risk Management
Nice to have:
• Business Continuity Management/operation resilience knowledge
• Efficiency in Excel (Intermediate user of basics)
• CBCP/DRI certification; ABCP, CBCP, AMBCI
• Risk assessment experience
Soft Skills:
• Good Note taking ability
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Strong skills in plain language writing and design- understanding your audience’s point
of view and use clear words and page layouts to make sure they understand the
message.
• Must have Ability to present information, so it’s easy to understand, use and remember.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize detailed information into a concise report for a Senior
Audience.
• Strong consulting so you understand what your stakeholders need.
• Strong presentation skills for executives
• Work independently and with the team
• Relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in fast paced environment
• Public speaking
