Responsibilities
• Key member of the project working team, partnering with the business and IT
SMEs/Leads and the vendor to document, workflows, synthesizing data, mapping future
state, gap analysis, raising risks and issues and a key resource to help to document
collateral for roll out, job aids, operating procedures, etc.
• Manage projects/sustainment of digital tools designed to improve employee
experiences.
• Handling documentation, change management, elicitation, and support.
• Writing/Documenting SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures)
Qualifications
• Business Analyst exp. - Business Side
• Requirements Gathering
• Workday/HR Operations experience
• Agile Methodology knowledge/experience
• Business process optimization and improvement experience
• Change Management
• Well-established full-cycle project requirements delivery management: handling
documentation, change management, elicitation, support.
• Solid documentation skills, being able to articulate value of projects in a clear, concise,
and unambiguous manner. Process documentation experience including business
operation procedures experience
• Instructional design/learning experience for the development of job aids
• Knowledge based projects experience
• Has experience with reporting out of an application
• Clear Communication
• Collaboration
• Facilitation
• Fast Learner
• Can work with ambiguity
• Driver of outcomes
• Organized and on top of their deliverables
Nice to have:
• Service Now knowledge would be beneficial.
