99% of the time remote work. Must be in the GTA though so can come in as required. Might have some travel to the Caribbean once a year.

Responsibilities
o Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs
o Recommends business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs
o Consults and coordinates with stakeholders to design and map business processes and procedures
o Leads detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving requirements issues
o Prepares and consolidates requirements documentation
o Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions and procedures
o Supports Testing by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests, and reporting of results
o Supports Post Implementation Verification by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests (if has production access)
o Supports Product Owner with documenting user stories and acceptance criteria
o Contributes to the Implementation Plan
o Develops training and change management plan
o Executes on the training and change management plan
o Works with SMEs to identify efficiencies
o Document processes and procedures
o Willingness to perform other duties required to meet sprint goals (training and support will be provided)



Qualifications
Senior level BA/BSA experience in Banking
Process Mapping/Documentation
Agile and Waterfall methodologies
UAT or UNIT Testing support - not hands-on
KYC or Regulatory Reporting projects within Banking

MS Excel Macros
Technical background
