P2 - Talend ETL Developer

Responsibilities
• Prioritize and manage own workload in order to deliver quality results and meet timelines as assigned

• Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest

• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the business unit and/or team

• Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers

• Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units


Qualifications
• Experience in designing and developing (enhancements and maintenance) new ETL Solutions, ETL processes and controls to ingest, organize, curate large volumes data from variety of sources for Data Warehouse/Data Mart/Data Lake

• 3-5 years practical knowledge of data mapping, data migration, data transformations, deduplication and error handling within Talend.

• 5+ years of experience in ETL Solutions development and expertise in designing and implementing Relational Database models per business needs.

• Expertise in ETL performance tuning techniques, such as parallelism, batching, caching, compression, partitioning, indexing, and incremental loading

• 5+ years of experience in Mulesoft and Talend and SQL Server Database knowledge

• Experience in Database Development, Design, Analysis, Support in Development, Testing and Production Environments with various business domains.

• • 3-4 years proven experience with Git code repository tools, commands, etc

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge of Salesforce financial cloud, Campaign management and Lead management an asset

• Salesforce admin expertise preferred.

• Knowledge of Jenkins, Informatica or Mulesoft
