Responsibilities
As a Tax Operations Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Preparations, validation and tracking of tax reclaims for global clients.
●Including: Printing, system updates for tracking, organization of packages to be couriered globally, data validation, data reconciliations, email investigations.
Qualifications
●Strong analytical capability with ability to manipulate data to identify trends
●Proficiency in MS Office product suite, particularly MS Excel &MS Access
●Discipline in time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
●Comfort managing multiple tasks and meeting time-sensitive deadlines
●Diploma/Degree in a related field, and/or 1-2 years’ experience in operational environments
●Active Learning Ability & Adaptability
●Client Centricity
●Communication
●Critical Thinking
●Mentoring
●Operational Delivery
●Proficient in English written and verbal
Nice to Haves:
●Excel knowledge an asset
●1-2 years’ experience in a Tax Operations field or tax related business
●Experience in Withholding Tax
