Responsibilities
Lead the development of the business and functional requirements.
Lead and organize workshops as required, to ensure full understanding of the business needs, processes, and roles involved.
Lead and develop process mapping designs for evidence requirements and validation processes to verify a person’s identity.
Identify technological and functional gaps in relation to the identified requirements and support / develop designs to address gaps.
Elicit, develop, and analyze the respective business requirements to inform project scope and priorities.
Present findings to the core team and relevant stakeholders.
Assist with developing presentation material to support meetings, workshops, etc.
Support testing of various service components, if required.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true need.
Identify and communicate issues and risks to the Delivery Manager as they arise and support the development of potential action plans.
Keep project information consolidated, organized and up to date, using the province’s project MS Teams/SharePoint site
The successful proponent must provide the following deliverables, at a minimum:
Develop and maintain documentation (e.g., requirements, use cases, process maps, test scenarios, etc.)
Presentation materials to support meetings, workshops, etc.
Summary notes and analysis materials
Options Analysis to facilitate critical design decisions
The successful proponent must complete and obtain review, approval and acceptance of all deliverables to ensure a successful engagement

5+ years experience working as Business Analyst
Digital Identity projects
Agile
