Responsibilities
As a Core Network Quality Specialist, your duties will include but not be limited to:
● Preparing detailed investigation report for any KPI’s degradation, work with Vendors to
achieve KPI’s at desire level and recommend solution to fix the issue to Engineering
team or Operation team
● Handling customer complaints related to all services and provide resolution including
but not limited to Voice, data, SMS services on 3G, LTE, WiFi, 5G domains
● Monitoring Core Network Elements & VAS elements Network Quality Core End to end.
● Performing network service assessment during maintenance Window or after any
network changes.
● Monitoring Core Network Elements & VAS elements KPI covering 5G, LTE, 3G, VoLTE,
VoWiFi domain (STP, MSS, MGW, HLR, HSS, MME, PCRF, CUPS, SGW, PGW, SGSN, Nokia
SBC, Metaswitch SBC, IMS (I/SCSCF), TAS and Core Platform of Nokia CBIS, SMSC,
MMSC, VMLC, Voice Mail Server, EIR, Stir & Shaken etc.. )
● Writing various network KPI/KQI counters documentation for 5G, LTE, 3G, VoLTE,
VoWiFi network elements and prepare multiple reports daily for end-to-end network
visibility
● Auditing & optimizing network configuration & parameters for continuous network
design evolution & traffic growth.
● Joining outage bridge and provide end to end traces, pcap dump and KPI/KQI impact
assessment to identify and quickly resolve network issues and help for root cause
analysis across 5G, LTE, 3G, VoLTE, VoWiFi Domains
● Performing end to end call flow analysis for all existing and new services, during on-
going operational issue or project phase issues and identify problematic area and
support various teams for corrective actions
● Writing various network KPI/KQI counters documentation for 5G, LTE, 3G, VoLTE,
VoWiFi network elements and prepare multiple reports daily for end-to-end network
visibility
● Auditing & optimizing network configuration & parameters for continuous network
design evolution & traffic growth.
Qualifications
● Masters/Graduate in Electrical /Telecom or computer science
● 1 to 3 years of experience in cellular network
Nice to haves:
● Hands-on Experience for SIGOS , Polystar and Netscout network tools
● Design of network traffic tapping Gigamon HC3, TA200, TA10
● Managing, Planning and troubleshooting of Polystar Kalix & OSIX infrastructure and act
as Project manager during various tool deployment
● In depth knowledge in 5G, LTE, 3G, VoLTE, VoWiFi domain
