Pay rate: $22/hour
Rotational shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5hrs/week)
Shift timings: 7:00am - 3:15pm, 8:00am - 4:15pm, 8:45am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
As a Funding Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
●Working in partnership with the unit to build and support internal and external relationships with a primary focus on achieving operational excellence, strengthening relationships with partners, and supporting a respectful and rewarding work environment.
●Maintaining a high level of customer service (phone & email) with the ability to produce high quality work in a very fast paced environment
●Possessing excellent organizational skills in order to efficiently and effectively support a number of serviced branches and notary-solicitor
●Demonstrating the ability to be resourceful and proactive in their approach to Partner Problem Resolution.
Qualifications
●High school is required
●Undergrad/post-secondary preferred
●Admin/clerical experience
●Customer service experience
●Bilingual ( English /French ) Fluency is very important, must be fluent in both languages
●MS office suite knowledge is required
●Fast typing pace
●High attention to detail
●Should be tech savvy – learn new systems quickly
Nice to Haves:
●Financial/banking knowledge is a plus
●Banking experience (specific to real estate and mortgage)
