Responsibilities
• Core responsibility would be performing preventative maintenance such as health
monitoring and log analysis while also handling inbound incidents.
• Complete preventative maintenance checks;
• Document identified problems and log in service management system;
• Correct incidents identified in service management system;
• Maintain, and verify system backup and recovery plans; and
• Analyses and troubleshoots compliance related events.
Qualifications
• A university degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience including responsibility for computer
server operating system, database systems, network administration, application
configuration, problem analysis, configuration of network protocols and hardware
troubleshooting.
• Experience with SolarWinds, OSIsoft PI, VMware, Veeam, Tripwire, TSM, Nessus, ECM,
BeyondTrust PRA would be considered an asset.
• Experience with a variety of server and desktop operating systems, including Windows
and Linux.
• Experience with installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting of real-
time systems.
• Understanding of Cyber Security industry best practices.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
