    Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Marketing Analyst for a 12 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role. There is a possibility of contract extension or convert to a permanent opportunity based on funding and performance.
    Pay rate: $35.33 - $36.55 / Hour
    Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some flexibility to start and end times (37.50 hours/week)

    Responsibilities
    As a Marketing Analyst, your duties will include but not be limited to:
    •Delivering against the strategic business objectives on time, within the allocated marketing budget with strict adherence to policies and process requirements.
    •Developing and delivering the marketing tactics and special projects (offer, creative, target audience, channel) to meet business targets.
    •Working collaboratively across the Marketing and lines of business
    •Monitoring and managing performance through regular updates to key stakeholders.
    •Building and developing relationships with the key business contacts to become a trusted and valued partner in their business (breadth and depth of business knowledge)
    •Being responsible for the creative development and the internal approval process, including legal and compliance reviews, for assigned direct marketing initiatives.
    •Ensuring all marketing activities support Company brand purpose and adhere to the brand guidelines.
    •Leveraging, promoting and employ analytics to deliver measurable and profitable marketing initiatives – embedding results driven learning into future initiatives for continued improvement.
    •Ensuring on-going communication and regular status updates on all aspects of assigned activities with all key stakeholders.
    •Identifying proactively new and effective ways to deliver marketing communications.


    Qualifications
    •Writing sample or portfolio must be included
    •Minimum 5+ years of experience in an agency or a client role specializing in email marketing.
    •Full cycle marketing experience - creative and back end reporting.
    •Marcom experience
    •Agency management and briefing experience
    •Project management experience
    •Relationship management experience
    •Able to create a clear, concise PowerPoint.
    •Strong communication skills

    Nice to have:
    •Digital media experience
    •Financial services understanding
    •Experience working in larger matrixed organizations
    •Communications education/background
