    This position involves being part of a dynamic team environment responsible for troubleshooting and supporting software solutions in Salesforce to meet business requirements in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Services. This is part
    The position will be primarily focused on the systems used by Sales. The primary application is Salesforce.com. Additional knowledge in D&B, Level11, Apptus, Zuora, Conga/Novatus, RO Innovation and more. We primarily use the Sales Cloud, including Advanced CPQ, with integrations into other enterprise systems such as SAP is useful but not necessary.

    Qualifications

    •BS degree in Computer Science or related field
    •2+ years of experience as a SalesForce.com administrator/super user
    •Experience aligning business applications with complex business process requirements
    •Excellent customer service skills with strong written, verbal and listening communication skills
    •Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel

    Summary
    Perform SalesForce.com and related third party software administration tasks including:
    •Serve as an administrator the SalesForce.com application
    •Work with internal customers to identify business process and system issues and potential enhancements
    •Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options
    •Regularly perform database de-duping and cleanup procedures
    •Manage processes to promote system changes into production upon completion of appropriate change management and org readiness activities
    •Prepare data files and upload the data into SalesForce.com
    •Create reports in SalesForce.com to meet operational requirements
    •Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the configuration effectively supports business requirements
    •Respond to daily production tickets in a timely manner
    •Create and maintain internal technical documentation
    •Support and troubleshoot integrations between SalesForce.com and other Enterprise systems
