Responsibilities
As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, your duties will include but not be limited to:
● Participating in scrums, agile ceremonies, meetings, and workshops, usually led by the Delivery
Lead, Product Manager, Service Designer, User Researcher, subject matter experts, and/or
others.
● Understanding the functional requirements, business processes, entity relationships, user
research, wireframes, and other artifacts as inputs into software design and development.
● Designing and writing test automation scripts.
● Executing automated tests and report/track defects.
● Investigating problems in software products as a result of testing.
● Communicating progress and identifying risks, impediments, and dependencies.
● Working with Test Analysts, SMEs, Development team and Product Manager to find solutions.
● Participating in peer code review and providing knowledge transfer to other team members.
Qualifications
The proposed proponent must possess skills and experience in:
● Using test automation frameworks such as Selenium.
● Using test automation tools such as Cucumber.
● Programming languages such as Java, Ruby, Perl, Python, PHP, .Net, etc.
● Experience with DevOps practices.
● Integration of the automation testing into CI/CD pipeline.
● Agile methodologies - Scrum and Kanban and working in teams of mixed disciplines.
