Responsibilities
Manage and lead activities of projects to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within budget, schedule, and scope
Determine time frame, funding constraints, procedures for accomplishing project objectives, staffing requirements, and allocation of available resources to various phases of projects
Lead and complete the preparation and documentation of project documentation, including Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Privacy and Security assessments, Support Model, and other project deliverables
Coordinate and facilitate the document review process, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations
Qualifications
Significant experience in project management, including software solution implementation for complex business programs
Demonstrated abilities in multi-disciplinary stakeholder management, including Executive-level stakeholders
Possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business representatives and project team members
Proven abilities in working with dispersed teams
Strong skills in workshop planning and facilitation
Ability to deliver within tight timelines
Nice to Have:
Experience managing Software as a Service (SaaS) deployment initiatives
Experience working with Public Sector software deployments
Experience with contract and vendor management
Strong skills in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, JIRA, and other collaboration
