P3 - UX Designer

Responsibilities
 Develop process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and
communicate needed designs for Engineering and Product Management partners
 Analyze user needs through collaboration with others,and help identify defined
problems to defined solutions in strategy, product, or technology.
 Iteratively improve design based on UX testing and partner/stakeholder input with some
guidance.

Qualifications
 Aesthetic sensibility Ability to make design decisions that increase the overall appeal of
a product based on relevant aesthetic trends and appropriate application of company
and product brand styling.
 Craftsmanship Ability to make design decisions that result in a coherent product,
platform, or user experience, including the ability to question and assess execution,
craft, longevity, and scale of designs.
 Product design Knowledge of product design principles and user-centric processes.
 Mastery of Figma and/or related design tools like Illustrator, Sketch, Photoshop etc.
 At least 3 years of working design experience in industry
Nice to have:
 Design for enterprise software interfaces and applications, or related Cloud design
experience (AWS/Oracle/Salesforce, etc)
 Familiarity with working within an established brand design system
