Leading provider of industrial specialty services to clients around the world with head office based in Nisku, Alberta is seeking a Paint and Blast Manager. Must have a minimum 10 years’ experience and be a technical expert in their field. Responsible to manage planning, estimating and bidding of their projects, as well as manpower, create organizational and program budgets in collaboration with the executive team and provide hands on support to their department. This position pays an annual salary of $120,000.

Qualifications
- 5+ years direct supervision and management experience, PMP is an asset
- Strong background and work experience in Painting/Coating (Industrial).
- Posses advanced troubleshooting and communication skills to solve complex problems.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
implementing best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision managing employees and major projects.
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work styles with a
commitment to getting the job done within budget and schedule to the highest quality
standards.
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote
effective safety operations for the protecting of people, data, property, and institutions.
- The ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
- Possesses great time management skills
- Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
- Work in an environment in which vibrations and noise are moderate to severe and noise
level may require the wearing of hearing protection devices.
- Ability to excel in a fast pace and diverse environment
